1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing refunds and cancellations related to the services offered by Aquorex Funding. By registering for or purchasing any of our evaluation challenges, you agree to adhere to the guidelines specified in this document.

2. Evaluation Challenge Fees

Fees paid for Aquorex Funding's evaluation challenges are non-refundable deposits that support operational infrastructure, including but not limited to our technology stack, customer support, and compliance systems. These fees provide users access to our simulated trading environment and performance assessment model.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical Malfunctions: If you experience platform-related technical issues that materially prevent you from participating in the evaluation and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within five (5) business days.
• Extended Downtime: If our platform remains inaccessible for more than 72 continuous hours during your evaluation period.
• Duplicate Transactions: If the same evaluation plan is accidentally purchased more than once within a 24-hour timeframe.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Once a trade has been executed on the evaluation account.
• Failure to complete the evaluation criteria or trading objectives.
• Violation of any rules, policies, or terms outlined in our Trader Agreement.
• Refund requests related to trading performance, external market conditions, or personal financial situations.
• Requests made after 14 calendar days from the original purchase date.

5. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@aquorex.com with your full account details and a clear explanation for your request. All refund applications will be assessed within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method, and processing time may range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Evaluation Program Cancellations

You may cancel your challenge at any point by reaching out to our support team. Please note, cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund, and all refund requests remain subject to the criteria outlined above.
